The existing four adjacent plots of land in Brooklyn, NY were very small individually. But because all four were family-owned by our client, it was fair game to combine them together which created the opportunity to design and build something truly special. 

One full year of construction later, the Platinum Team created a truly unique outdoor space which can only be described as an Urban Masterpiece. Complete with a inground swimming pool, wood-burning fireplace, and complete outdoor kitchen, this oasis offers a retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.
